Agreement of Use

Trademark Certify acts as a facilitator for federal and international intellectual property filings. We provide administrative and legal support but do not guarantee USPTO approval, as final registration is at the discretion of federal examiners.

Government fees (USPTO) are separate from our service fees. Our pricing mirrors the industry standard for premium services. Once a trademark filing has been submitted to the government, filing fees are non-refundable.

While we offer monitoring and trademark renewal services, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining a mark and avoiding an abandoned trademark status remains with the mark owner unless a specific monitoring retainer is active.

All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of California.
